No Refunds or Returns for Appearance Variations
Because all of our products are handmade, slight differences in appearance, texture, or finish are natural and part of the product’s charm. These variations are not considered defects, and therefore we do not accept returns or refunds based on differences in appearance.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos or other evidence of the issue. Once verified, we will provide a replacement or work with you to resolve the issue.

Shipping Costs for Returns/Replacements
For verified damaged or defective items, we will cover the cost of sending the replacement. For other returns not covered under this policy, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
